The key point to remember with Stories is that they are only seen by people who are ALREADY following you! This is not a great way to find new followers; although it is an excellent way to keep your loyal audience engaged, informed and even rewarded. You can dig deep and really connect with your community through this format.

Posts
Posts on Facebook and Instagram are a great way to communicate with your audience. The posts, that show up on your wall, can be images, just text, videos, etc. Facebook business pages are automatically public, meaning everyone can see them. The same applies to Instagram if your page is set to public.
Stats about Posts:
- When you create a post, it will potentially show up in the newsfeed of those who are following you. It is not guaranteed to show up in their feed, though, so keep those posts interesting.
